Self-Tracking Elastic
Belts
Reducing the number of components increases cost efficiency.
With some conventional belts, tracking issues are common. However, Newtop Engineering’s self-tracking elastic belts offer exceptional tracking performance without the need for extra tracking or tensioning devices. Unlike traditional fabric-based or monolithic belts, these belts deliver substantial savings in both belt and conveyor design.
In addition to enhancing cost efficiency, they eliminate the need for belt guide profiles, grooved pulleys, and slider beds. This belt range is antistatic, flame-retardant, and ideal for shorter lengths, making it perfect for areas with limited space where the belt is wide but short.
Self-Tracking Elastic Belts
Belting features
- Elastic polyester fabric layer for self-tracking capabilities
- Flame retardant properties
- Premium-quality PVC compounds
- Three distinct cover embossings to accommodate various applications

The belt featuring an inverted pyramid structure (NAW-02SSBV) is perfect for applications with limited inclines or acceleration, while the belt with a longitudinal groove (NSL-02SSBV) offers an increased surface area, making it ideal for situations where extra grip is required. The matte conveying surface (NHB-02SSBV) is well-suited for accumulation, metering/singulation, transfer, and sorting tasks.
