Self-Tracking Elastic
Belts
Fewer components mean better cost efficiency
With some conventional belts, tracking issues are common. Newtop Engineering’s self-tracking elastic belts offer superior tracking without the need for additional tracking or tensioning devices. Unlike traditional fabric-based or monolithic belts, these belts provide significant savings in both belt and conveyor design.
In addition to enhancing cost efficiency, they eliminate the need for belt guide profiles, pulley grooves, and slider beds. This range is antistatic, flame-retardant, and performs best in shorter lengths, making it ideal for areas with limited space where the belt is wide and short.
Self-Tracking Elastic Belts
Belting benefits
The design has the following special features:
- Elastic polyester fabric layer that enables belt self-tracking
- Flame retardancy
- High-quality PVC compounds
- High-quality PVC compounds

Newtop Engineering’s belt with an inverted pyramid structure (NAW-02SSBV) is perfect for applications involving limited inclines or acceleration, while the belt with a longitudinal groove (NSL-02SSBV) offers an increased surface area, providing additional grip for demanding tasks. The matt conveying surface (NHB-02SSBV) is well-suited for accumulation, metering/singulation, transfer, and sorting applications.
