Accessories
Pulleys
NewtopSYNC timing belt pulleys, both standard and custom-designed, are made to order in metric or imperial pitches. While aluminum is the standard material, options such as stainless steel, plastic, and UHMW are available upon request. Customers can choose from several designs, including bar stock, no flanges, single flange, or double flange configurations, with or without hubs, and with special machined finishes for keys and clamping mechanisms.
Clamps
Aluminum timing belt clamping plates are used to join the belt ends in linear positioning and vertical lift applications where the belt moves bi-directionally between the pulleys on a horizontal or vertical plane.

Guides
NewtopPLAST guides minimize the coefficient of friction (COF) between the teeth of NewtopSYNC timing belts and the supporting conveyor surface. These guides are self-lubricating and designed to operate with low noise. The material also offers excellent chemical and corrosion resistance.
NewtopPLAST guides come in options with or without raised edges, featuring a flat support surface or with tracking guides machined into the NewtopPLAST surface to accommodate popular guides such as G6, G10, and G13.
NewtopPLAST is available to fit standard NewtopSYNC timing belt widths and can be supplied with or without metallic inserts.
