NewtopPLAST polyethylene
NewtopPLASt provides a broad range of high-density polyethylene (PE) products, created through a low-pressure polymerization process with an average molecular weight ranging from 0.3 to 8 million g/mol (measured by viscometer). Ultra High Molecular Weight (UHMW-PE) specifically refers to polyethylene with a molecular weight exceeding 1 million g/mol.
As the molecular weight of PE increases, so do its mechanical properties, including enhanced wear and impact resistance, tensile strength at elevated temperatures, and energy absorption capabilities.
Additives such as fillers or lubricants can be incorporated to further enhance specific technical properties based on application requirements.
TriboPlus and Engineered Plastic Materials
TriboPlus represents a new generation of UHMW polyethylene, providing exceptional performance with a low coefficient of friction and high wear resistance. While extruded guides are exclusively made of polyethylene, NewtopPLASt also offers various customized products in a variety of engineered plastics, including PA, POM, PET, PTFE, PVC, PP, and more.

NewtopPLASt accessories, available upon request, include metal rails in stainless steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum alloy, along with plastic fixing clamps.
