When Fernand and Alice Habegger identified the need for innovation in the belting industry, Fernand’s experience in machine sales had already shown him how complex belt assembly could be. Determined to create a solution, the couple revolutionized the industry, drawing on their Swiss heritage of quality and precision.
Today, Newtop Engineering stands as a global leader in fabric-based conveyor belts, plastic modular belts and chains, power transmission belts, as well as monolithic and timing belts, serving a wide variety of industries.
Newtop Engineering was established in 1946
